Chest of Colors forum

Well after a slow session of painting this weekend i have managed to pretty much finish the model all set for my army. Im pretty happy with it all but i still feel the base could do with a bit more, maybe adding some foliage might help, nothing too bright tho as i don't want it to detract the feel of the model. Thoughts/comments and criticisms very welcome. Hopefully when i get more light this weekend i will take a photo of the whole army for you all but it's great to finally finish a whole army of 1500pts.

really looks great. The Gold NMM is definately something to be emmulated!! I'll have to give you some rep elsewhere I think some barbed wire would add to the base and a bit more rubble. Wont detract too much fromt the figure. Some foliage would

Thanks guys, i wouldn't ever ebay this (famous last words) well about the base im still in contemplation to add more detail, but i am still unsure as to what, i may add barbed wire actually but im still awaiting some supplies i've ordered so haven't had much of a chance to touch up upon it. I was thinking about adding like a sunken something in the purpley stuff like half a sign or something. Not sure yet.

I just want to echo everyone else's comments. Great job and if you do ebay it . . . . . . . .

You can add a sunken barrel. Or just add a tube. They always seem to have tubes laying around
