I can finally close the IV CofC Mini Exchange, officially and definitely

Thank you all for your participation and serious approach. Almost all minis were sent in timely manner. Everything went smoothly and without problems.

As for the future... well, we'll see what it brings to us. Most probably we will have another ME, people seem to like this event. Most probably, the format will be very similar to the one we used now. Most probably, we will slightly change the requirements for participants (one will need to reach a specified number of posts in between the exchanges, or in last three months preceding the next exchange).
