I really like it, but now with the front painted the shoulder pads look odd, the light source dosent match.

True, the left one is little bit different , I am thinking about some glazes to unify the shading, but I think the light source is same, from above. I imagine that the incidence of light is different due to dissimilar structure of ornaments.
