I like it, even if it's somewhat Klocke'ish
Also the previous two girls are in their webshop. I'm almost certain that I will get a few models from their range, it's just a matter of time.

Re: Statesque Miniatures
This one is real nice. I been looking for a female bowman. This would do nicely.

Review of Purchases
I have just received the three models I purchased from Statuesque Miniatures. They were SM008 Tilly Tumbleworth, SM007 Poppy Come-Lately and SM006 Emila Foxwell. First off, there was a prompt acknowledgement of my payment and quick posting only took a week or so which isn’t bad consider it was from UK to US. A padded envelope was used and each mini was individually bagged and bubble wrapped.
Upon opening the packets the first thing that sprung to mind was “dear god those are small”. When you are used to building and painting heroic models to suddenly come face to face with a true scale 28mm (feet to eyes) is a shock to the system.
The models are quite detailed and all parts appear to be in scale. The cast is definitely A+ and all the detail has come out well, especially the faces. The back packs, the straps and the guns are quite detailed considering the size. The bodies lack some definition but that would be because they are all wearing one piece bodysuits – straight out of the Avengers for all you Diana Rigg fans out there!
I can honestly say that I cannot see any mold lines. I know I am getting old and the ol’eye sight is supposedly diminishing but I am very impressed with the casting. You get so used to mold lines on miniatures that when you come across something this well cast it is quite refreshing. There is going to be very little clean up time. A quick scrub in simple green and then glue them together. My one complaint about the models is that the end of the arms and the shoulder part they join are flat surfaces. I think it would have been better if the joints had been ball and socketed which seems to be a strange over-sight.
I would definitely recommend a purchase. They cost me about $25 for three miniatures and I thought they represent good value. Postage was only about $4 and applied to your total purchase regardless of number bought – nice to someone not trying to screw you on postage. I will definitely buy from them again.
I have photos but need to set up some hosting account somewhere. There is a viscous rumor going round my house that I may have some spare time this weekend and will actually paint something. Lies I tell you, all lies!

Currently painting 15mm's with an extremely large brush - one step away from dipping them in the pot.
Re: Statesque Miniatures
Just a note that there's a sale on their webpage until 27th. Yeah I wanted to buy those anyway so I might as well use it

Wow I really like that sneaky elf. Great natural pose and just the right amount of detail, imo.
