Re: IRON PAINTER 7
Whew! This was a tough one. Last week was finals week, so I couldn't cut class at all to paint. And then, only half the figures arrived from my order and the company I ordered from (Colorado Miniatures) didn't tell me one was backordered, so I didn't have it until just last Thursday. Luckily, Michigan Toy Soldier had it (only one left!) in stock, and airshipped it to me. I'd use them more often, but their website is hard to navigate, has no seacrh function, and no shopping cart.
It was a record for me though, in that I finished painting two hours before the deadline. Two hours to take pictures- such a luxury!
Anyway. My apologies for disappearing from the forum (again) after last IP. I get so burned out by the end, I don't even want to think about miniatures for a while.

Re: IRON PAINTER 7
tell me about it. Due to different work/family issues I uploaded mine 20 minutes by the deadline.
after 10 days I had chassis of a chariot painted only, so I knew that weekend would be tough - 2 goblins, 3 wolves, standard, base... and I had to finish 54mm model for another contest.
cool entry Bexley, I already commented on it in the wyrd gallery
as for being burned out - you should have lost in the Rd2. You'd have a lot of time to rest and I'd have to fight in following rounds
I wonder if I get you again in the 2nd round
if we both advance, ofcourse.

Well, you never know. I've had Moa twice in consecutive IPs, and this is the third time I've been up against Darklord. Personally, I think posting at the last minute was sort of like my good luck charm. I'm certain finishing early has jinxed me.
