The wolf guard with lightning claws is weird IMHO. Like "damn, I need to scratch my back and can't do it with those claws!"

I know why this poor guy can't scratch his back:
1. there's a backpack in the way...
2. lighting claws would negate his armor save, so he would cut his power armor to shreds...
