The original thinking behind the scorpion in an old edition of epic was, Khornes number is 8 and archnids have 8 legs. So you tend to see a lot of scorpions and spiders depicted with Khorne

As it looks now, I can say I like the paintjob, but the model's style suggests dark eldar or necrons more than khorne.
the converted versions were more in khorne style.
