Nameless, you're selling yourself short. If you can get a picture in regardless of whether or not it's completely "done", you're a winner in my book. It is tough sometimes, but it will push you in many good ways! So the point is not to enter and win, it is to enter and make yourself get stuff done - shorter time limits, creative thinking both to deal with the theme as well as how to deal with putting out a product by a deadline, and just have fun with it. Think of it as the ultimate in painter workouts. :-)

That's the spirit Sue! :D

It's not about winning, it's about entering and having a good time!

Hmm, what would I have to do?

Edit: read the link right...

Edit2: Read to the whole topic.

Is there a theme to it or just paint whatever you like?
Hmm, if you lose in a round you have send a mini to you opponent or cash? Not sure if I find that cool. Not that I'm cheap ( I did send free swag to people in the past!) but don't have a good feeling about that.

Just wondering why that rule is there...

 for Neolis! Go, Neo, go!

Skrit - edit 1
Every round will have a theme. It's up to you how you interpret it and what model(s) you use.
I also don't like that 'send-a-mini' rule, but it is there, so I accept it. You choose to send a mini OR cash.

kind of looking at it as a $5 dollar entry fee myself.

Well I'm out for sure. It'll take up too much of my time which is sparse and I got another competition I have to make something for.

Maybe next year... ;)

Well registration is closed. Themes and pairing have been handed out I figured I would be the handy news reporter for this event.

Matches of key interest are....
Nightshade (PaintMinion's husband) vs. Nameless
PaintMinion vs. Dargrin
Neolis vs. Duende

The Theme: The color purple

I also do believe Sue put out a special challenge for purple and teal.
