This high contrast way of painting has been discussed before, it's a personal thing IMO.
I'm a fan anyway, but Nomad has been cutting some corners with this latest assignment IMO. The blending is quite poor and the guy with the tie has a spot of white paint on his right forearm (could also be dust on the camera lens, not sure) and also a spot of brown on his left hand. The shading around his tie is also terrible.
