I picked up the undead pirates last weekend, and they look very good! The casting quality is ok, but 2 out of 5 have quite heavy mouldlines on them.
Anyway great figures and great value: I paid 10 euro for all 5.

I do agree with Gerrie, some nasty moldlines. I bought the Dwarf Captain and the Madhatter and the casts are definitly not the best I have seen.
What also dissapointed me somewhat is that I saw the painted version of the Madhatter and I saw some features on his back (a doll and a purity seal to name a few, iirc) and they are not on the figure I got...
Edit: I saw this model in the cabinet.

Mine doesn't have any of those details on the back and the playing cards on his head also are not on the model! The version above was painted by Jacob rune Nielsen and it could be that he sculpted them on himself.

Doing a studio paintjob and then converting it? Well that's not too fair to your customers

My thoughts exactly!
If you see this fig in a display cabinet you do expect that is the fig you get!
Maybe serves me right for not examining the model immediatly! Although I must say they did put them in a bag real fast!

I think the fair thing would be to add a note that "miniature converted by ..." and adding a photo of unpainted version to compare the modifications

The Madhatter is great!
Text/comment from JRN's CMON gallery:
"The figure is slightly converted (patches on the cloak, playing cards in the hat, shoulder armour, belt, and bells plus a few referential details for fun) and painted in a classic dark and sinister colour scheme inspired by the art of John Blanche. The extra details are all sculpted from scratch apart from the teddy bear which is taken from one of my own sculpts."

That's all okay but then don't use it as a painted example, or as Mahon says, mention it somewhere...

If it ruins it for you just mail them and ask for a refund.
It was probably just a accident picking up that picture since the painjob is so nice... dont know.
I would be pissed too.
