never again such dinamic cool dwarfs were made....
I will not discuss the coolness factor, as it is a matter of individual preferences. However, statement about dinamic is very debatable to me :)
Thanks for pic, haven't seen few of them before.

"dinamic is very debatable to me "

So lets debate^^

I will give you a few examples... dinamic for a terminator is diferent from say a culexus assassin... you can put a terminator jumping or runing like he wasnt super heavy, yet it would look wrong. So by dinamic i dont mean all must be infinity like extreme, dinamic means a positioning that is not common and is fresh and yet it fits miniature concept.

So i dont espect to see a dwarf in his tip toes or jumping like a grasshopper i espect a dwarf to be limited in positions to fit character concept... and inside those limitations these are not the ussual ( put your hands in the air) that we have on todays dwarfs notion of movement hihi.

These dwarfs are stunning. The gobbos are at normal quality, actually all of goblin looks very strange to me. I like only one goblin what i saw, it is from one rising czech company. I hope i will be paint it very soon.

I have all those Chaos Dwarfs! They are my big love in Warhammer and I have an army consisting of about 100 of different oldskool Chaos Dwarfs! :D

I could take pics and show but the painting quality is crap!

@Skrit - show us, show us, show...

@Pucis - Czech company? interesting, got any links, pics or news?

@Nav - I'm aware you were talking about dwarfs only. However, let me remind what you exactly said:
never again such dinamic cool dwarfs were made
never again? let me see some dwarfs, I think those are at least as dynamic:
Andrea
Freebooter
Reaper
Fenryll
there are lot more dynamic dwarfs out there Nav ;)

No one said there werent more outhere, personally even the ones you showed me (even with the 20 or more years gap) are not as cool or dinamic as these little old grumpy fellas.

Andrea not same scale so its out of the picture
freebooter boring
reaper dont even look like a classic dwarf ^^
Fenryll the best of the bunch and very close :)
Rackham my second favorites dwarfs ever
dwarfwars cool stuff yet something missing 3rd favorites

1st place goes to renegades heroes and all those old boxed sets, mind there were tons of diferent dwarfs and each with a personal twist and detail, some resembling their old chaos warriors brothers (like little versions of big brothers) and others just plain freaky man these would make any mini fan happy. :)

Nav, are we discussing the coolness factor? nope, I even mentioned it earlier, that I don't want to.
Are we discussing the 'classic feel' factor? nope.
The issue we are discussing (at least I thought so) is dinamic of dwarven sculpts.

Links I posted are not pics of cool stuff, classic stuff, nice stuff, similar-to-renegades stuff. They show dynamic sculpts of dwarven models. If you find them less dynamic than renegades, then:
1. you're blind
2. I'm blind, or
3. we have different definitions for 'dynamic'

Andrea mini is the same scale, btw.
