GW prepainted - rumour true or false?

In many ways it is hard to believe - knowing how much effort they've put into the hobby line.
But then again, a friend of mine came back from a meeting with one other big pre-paint company officials and they've claimed it is a matter of 2 years and supposedly stock holders are aware of it.

It looks like GW made the game for Sabertooth Games. Huh, I didn't know that. I remember seeing the game and figures at Target a few years ago when it was out.
