How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

well actually the platform is very similar (it's 40 millenium universe) - main difference is that necromunda is skirmish and therefore You don't have to rip Your guts out to collect gaming force :wink:

I have started to paint up the devil fish, will get some photo's up soon. Going with a green and white colour scheme for the Tau.
