I like it, I think also the color fits. There are many different nipple colors :)

to tell you the truth, i have studie a film last night to get the right color of the nipples but the patient was too much moving to see correctly

nipples go from dark brown, to beige, to pinkish, to reddish... I've seen enough nipples during anatomy studies

i would like to give a used aspect to the leather of the shoes

as for the skull head, it size 2mm high, by chance i'm not alzeimer addict (not yet)

the boots defenitly look worn out And the freehand on the hat looks superbe! I wouldhighlight the edges a bit though and maybe try to touch up the left side of the cheekbone of the skull just a little bit by adding a tiny tiny tiny black line under it like under the right cheekbone. It's not that necessary, but it would make it look even better I think. If you have the confidence to do it of course
