Adam has written to moe that GW already contacted him about this case. He described all the situation and gave them number of ebay auction. Everything should be clear in short time.
But this is happening to often! Mahon, maybe we should put a big annoucment under our auctions that our minis can`t be putted in any competition withiout our agreement?:roll:

The Miniature painting community is a relatively small close knit group around the world that anyone that thought that they could expect to get away with something like this without someone out there recognizing the work definitly has 1 or 2 screws loose somewhere in the mental wiring. :bonk:

Obviously this is purely just my opinion. :think: :whistle:

@Mahon: you could add a certificate of authentancy with the auctions on which are placed some rules for the buyer signed by the painter who did the piece.

I don't think this would bear any legal consequences.
I see two things, that could help to solve that problem.
1. Painting contest rules include entry : Participant may enter only models painted by himself.
2. Life ban for those who brake above rule.
