That "thing" is an ultimate visualisation of what I hate in pp minis... ugly swords :? And these funny iron-fang-like shoulder pads.

it looks like the shield and cloak are done by fluffy and the other parts are rushed by someone else. I don't like the sword one bit but this just looks awful

yeah, When I first saw the picture I thought to myself that that shield and the other whites had to be done by fluffy, but the metallics couldn't be hers.

Probably it's painted by another studiopainter that has been tutored by fluffly :)

Can't say I like the sword too! I saw that I didn't like the swords and weapons on the starter Menoth set either so if I still get them I will probably replace them by Plasticard weapons...

same here: I really don't like most of menoth sculpts - weapons are terrible but imo most of the sculpts are poor :?
hey, maybe that's the reason PP gave such a "PG" rules to menoth? to make people buy such ugly minis

Hey! Don't diss the Protectorate! Zombie-boy, we've got lots of fire for you. ;)

Skrit, I know what you mean about the weapons looking kinda silly. It actually kept me away from WM for a while. Once I started playing, I loved the rules and I realized that a lot of the weapons in the game were a bit chunky. I don't mind it so much anymore.

Then again, I'm planning on a very intricate bit of work to replace the blade of my Avatar of Menoth's sword.
