About the goo... how about a very dark, almost black, pool of slime. Like a very dark green. Add some gloss over it for the effect.
You could paint some greenish yellow accents in it to break it up a bit. Since your model is mostly green I think it would work out quite nice

don't think it can be seen on pics but there're several people "trapped" in demon's body - some can be seen in open wounds but there're also remains coming out demonic rectum - should make nice contrast with dark-green gloossy chaotic mass - thanks!
I don't know it I post pic of finished morel anywhere so at least I can post wip shots
so what can i say? it's still wip phase, it was provided with 40mm base but the client wanted it to be based on 25mm so it can stand in the unit so the model is falling - it's too much leaned forward
as soon as I get the instruction about painitng demons and "branches" model I'll post more
