No not bad... just a pain :D 'that unit can't die this turn' 'that jack can't be shot this turn' 'that jack gets +2 on his rolls this turn' 'you're whole army has to turn around this turn' 'Oh one of my knights is dead? well then the rest gets stronger'

A pain!!!

Skrit, talk to Jeremy (Angel of Menoth) sometime. He can tell you all about how they do and don't play. ;)

And the rules for the new game called "Grind" that go with the big ball thing are out in the latest No Quarter.

yup I've read those rules and they are pretty cool :) A big arena with pits and only jacks that go rampage on each other and the ball...

lovely

Skrit, I've got 3 words for you. Choir of Menoth. As Thomas alluded to, they have 3 chants. The first protects all jacks in range for any shooting. The second protects from spells. The third gives them +2 to attack and damage rolls.

The entire army is built on having units with abilities that work well together. Individually, Menoth stuff is sometimes sub-par compared to similar units for other factions. The other factions stay the same when they come together as an entire army. Menoth stuff becomes much more than the sum of the parts. PM me with a list of the stuff you're getting and I can give you some ideas for lists.

You shouldn't worry about that. The game is really easy to learn.

nice to know there's another version of one of the nastiest models in cryx arsenal - too bad it doesn't have as much character as the previous one... imo flames on the head are worst part here :|

those flames look like hair to me  and I like the model a lot. Great addition to the cryx arsenal. Only downside for me is that he looks a bit less... dead :|
