If I may suggest anything:
- the skulls on the staff look boring. the color is too flat and monotoneous. I would add some depth to it, but I know you prefer it paler...
- the eyes are supposed to be glowing, right? they don't look like this. they're too dark and there's shadow around them which makes the OSL effect less natural
- the eyes of the bird on the staff - are they casting light, or is it some variation in the color of the bone? if it's the earlier - it doesn't look like it. It's too dark and not bright enough, especially on almost white bones. If it's the latter - it's a really good effect and close to what I meant when I mentioned making the color of the bones deeper - such color should appear as the midtone when you begin to shade, so that the staff is pale, but in slight shadows it has some color and in deep shadows it shouldn't be very staurated but still dark.
- i like the base a lot. the leaves on the rock look really good! the base remains harmoneopus with the mini as a whole.
- the blue detail on the staff looks a bit sloppy. the hair should be better defined there.

i like this model a lot and the natural way of painting is a great approach because 'back in the days' people painted them more colorful and brighter, so it's greaty to see such a change! but these were things which could improve its looks even more

cannot disagree:
at picture "so-called" glowing doesn't look like it should for sure; I'll try to add more oranges and bright yellows - maybe that will help :pray:
bones - require more contrast so I'll add some pure white highlights and some deeper tones here and there to make the more 3d-like (they're poorly sculpted though)
and about this blue thingy - have no idea what is this ^^ painted it bright blue to make it contrasting but will be redone at least a bit;
thanx for help!

You can find slightly corrected version here; after taking picture I thing that I could paint more yellow "glow" on the face to make it look more realistic :think:

Really so it is better. In occasion of bones: can be it is meaningful make their more yellowy-brown that they became more natural. The sight became brighter, so it is much better :)

Of what you have made a grass?

tall grass it piece of stroke from damaged and unused brush,
as for bones: I think adding yellowish glaze here and there may be good idea; I'm also wonderong adding some final highlights of yellow glaze... on hands, jaw and stomach for example :think:
