why there is GD on saturday?!
half of people can't come and it's soo stupid. it should be said a month ago when everyone were reservating train/plane tickets;/

Rusto, I think that with that surprising GD on Saturday we need either to:
a) require only personal presence at the award ceremony, not personal registration (this would allow all those who come later to enter, but would still require their presence at the event)
or
b) allow registration until late afternoon (not very good, because results would be announced late at night).
I'll ask the GD crew if they allow a)

yes, it will be allowed.
AFAIK personal presence at the event will be required, but not necessarily at the moment of registration
