I know it's the new edition to be released soon, but I only told what it looks like to me. It looks gadget-packed and special compared to the previous ones..

call it "collectors stuff" then, as you did already If I get it right, all of these are purchased separately

I think all those come along with the book (not the starter set) but than again...it's Games Workshop so who knows what will they sqeeze out of their Taiwanian slaves;)
