On the day I painted her it was a choice I made. Only having a few hours from start to finish, i figured the quickest and most effective way would be to paint her base light and wash it down.
Worked fine for me until all the pyrotechnofiles came out of the woodwork

yup I've seen it IRL already, great miniature. It had a lot of detail and and was a very clean cast.
