I wasnt even refering to the Legal issues but rather the familly apropriate forums and average good moral standarts etc... speaking of legal this is so annoying that if this material continues to appear on all forums and miniature news portals with NO EXPLICIT PORN warnings etc those sites become also not a place to surf with familly or friends around...
Really what a load of bad things this thing brings.

i under stand what you both mean
but i would side more with navarro on this because he making this for a game system not for the model. KD is not making a giger representation or homage in sculpture. this is an actual playable model for his game. now i also see that he may have wanted a giger esque monster for his game.
i don't like this model i think the main body is poorly executed. but the concept is solid and isn't the first time i've seen something similar
also there are two sides to the hobby. there is a clear hobby side for gaming and recreating/imaging informational scenes or battles past present or future. but there is also a growing art side. golden deamon is all about the art of the hobby. and companies are starting to produce miniature art.
the heresy dragon is not a playable miniature. pegaso, darksword, nocturna, Mcvey, ect... these are companies making miniatures for the sake of miniatures rather then a game or scene. the hobby is growing and i see that as a good thing especially since im part of the growing art side

I find the concept much much better then the final sculpt

I also like the concept a lot... Somehow it's more like Giger stuff and less offensive to me...

less offensive probably because it's 2 dimensional and basically just a drawing. When it's sculpted it becomes a little bit more real or lifelike
There are some more pics of the model on Thomas David's blog:

oh that's a good point, ToMaZ!
but I think that the sculpt looks a bit goofy - especially when you see it from its side... the penis/face/nose with a face inside doesn't look too cool on the sculpt and looks cool on the artwork. might be the angle chosen for the sketch...

For me the biggest problem in the sculpt versus drawing is the upper boobies they make the sculpt look goofy they should be smaller or even removed

Thou shalt not remove zee (fallen madonna with ze big) boobies!!
@ mahon: on the sketch the head/neck part looks shorter in comparison with the sulpt. Plus it seems more like an android mask I think.
