Its vostroyanin. They were released in 2007 (?) by GW. So I only make a plastic version. I think I will make an army of those (but without hurry). I will make a mix of metal and self made vostroyans...

I guessed it's a scratchbuilt Vostroyan! What would benefit from some more detailing is the lower part of the coat (under the belt). It looks too flat and too simple IMHO.

But the whole idea is pretty cool.
