and never seen such bad behaviour from a player before....when Portugal puted the ball offside because a player was injured but holland when restarted didnt give back the ball and instead did a conterattack.. thats very ugly.

Always outnumbered with star shamely injured bah!

both portugal and holland played horrible. From both sides there were heavy fouls, acting, and crap football. I'm not a fan of portugal and I'm not a fan of holland, but I love soccer when it's played right. I won't cheer for any of these teams again :/ What a waste of time.

Sorry Pedro but don't put all the blame on Holland as that swine of a Figo did the same dirty tricks as always! I agree that both sides did awful stuff but talking about that non-fairplay of Heitinga was done because all Portugal did was irritate the crap out of everyone and delay the game as much as possible!

And that referee should be banned for life or just simply be shot!

yeh totally agreed, the great players get it all the time
and then the fun game started

what was that a game or show buissnes?, but the russian guy has probably acheaved his aim 4 red and how many 15 yellow cards he is all ready famous, freak

Dont get me wrong Skrit for me neither should have won the game we had such enjoyable game in euro so what has happened here?

for me things started to soon going bad... holland clearly entering match starting kicking players instead ball and then Portugal retribution and with a referee like that all game was doomed.

Figo is a good example... if you know him as player you will know that his atitude was only to provoke holand players to fall for a second card.... and he suceded... he did the best for team but i must say bad for sportmanship.

all in all crappy game.

This was not a game, SERIOUSLY this was a Battle... die Schlacht bei Nürnberg, they call it here... And it was hard, unfair and, well, spectacular at last... I have NEVER ever seen so much carnage and mahem on a soccer field and I think that both teams should be ashamed of this amount of brutality, they should go and play rugby if they would like to continue such action...

Portugal will assumingly be to weak to win the next game, The Netherlands are going home... nobody really wins, I guess...

Hope that C. Ronaldo will be back on his feet, his tricks are quite a sight...

I will refuse to comment on that game, this is due to not wanting to seem bitter [though I am] and a bad looser. But one comment.. biased ref. At least half of those fouls should have gone Englands way but no. Bad show ref. Bad show.

Still, they did us proud. The second half was the best football, for sheer determination that the tournment has seen so far. They are heroes. Heroes
