I'd say that these armies had quite a few missing models in their previous books, so to avoid any legal issues like what happened with ChapterHouse, they hurry to get every codex entry done.
Keep in mind also that GW has about over a year of content ready that they simply don't release to avoid spikes in their financial results...

That's true, but I think it would be more interesting release,if every month I haven't seen same army. That make customers tired waiting for something different. In my opinion releasing of models from different armies should benefit GW more than all from one part of Warhammer world at a particular time.

OMG!!! I sold my lizard men army not to long ago!!! I was hoping it would be dark elves next but from what I see I might go back to lizard men
