Well, aside from the forum rules (you know, dont be a prat - hahaha)

The forum discription is: ARMY BLOGS: As one might expect, the ongoing threads recording the ongoing painting and converting of a member's army (or even individual models) can be found here. Feel free to add your own Blog, or offer your critique!

We offer a badge (medal) for anyone that does serious work.

Over about five months, it quickly became clear who was really working at it. Since all the ghosts would filter down. I do have a suggestion though: A different thread for each army if you do more than one, so folks that are interested don't have to scroll through all the space wolves to get to the orcs. The whole idea spawned from a painting blogs idea.

well, I wouldn't expect many threads here, we are more of a painters community, not gamers...
thanks for ideas.

slowly our new ToG is getting some shape.
1. Mahon creates a special section for "blogs"
2. Anyone can open his thread there. The above list is not definite, I only want to check if there is any interest. Only own armies/warbands are eligible. Commissioned armies do not qualify for the tale.
3. Every army in a separate thread.
4. We post wip and finished models/units without any strict schedule. it would be nice though to see the family pic showing all minis painted from the outset every now and then.
5. People can comment in threads.
6. Rewards? painted army is a sufficient reward Perhaps we could get proper title for most active participants?

sounds just fine. in most cases you would be unable if people really don't paint commissioned armies, but Ithink the whole thing is more about fun so it's more based on sense of honor and decency...

well, no prizes are planned, so what would be the reason for cheating?
