Blade is great! But I do not like the way you painted a skull on his chest...
And whole mini looks to flat for me (maybe photo is to bright)...
And I do not like the sculpt too...

The pics turn the metallics a bit flat yes, but maybe you're right, they could use a bit more color. I was thinking to do a couple of very light glazes with a strong green on some parts of the armour to add some contrast, as I used a reddish tone to weather it.

And on the skulls... I hate painting skulls... this mini has six of them and I had to repaint 4 because of chipping... brrrrr worst nightmare ever :P :D

As I said before I like the way the metallics look - it's like a suit of old, antique armour..

and I like the model (well, except the legs... :? ) but I like painting even more :D
You achieved nice antique feeling as it was mentioned but I'd like to see this model painted in more dark tones - but it's just because I am fan of the "dark side"... :twisted:
