Conversion ideas for bugs (tyranids)

How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

well the bases are expensive and time consuming... yet i love doing them... first i had to find a internal structure that had to be cheap since the GS was absorving to many euros... i looked at sprues frames and give them fire... so melted free plastic stucture was the base then all i had to do was GS covering work.

On the Jugger, please some close up pics would be great and kudos for the massive mini and the GS work. Any chance of a breakdown of all the parts used to???

thanks. well the jugger is still unpainted yet i have made a base for it and some little more details on GS. My fantasy projects are on hold i'm with body and soul on my nids.

as for list of bitz it has things from all over the place perhaps its best to you say what particular part are you most interested and i will list them.

i finished the hrud stealer and im currently working on the demiurgh wen i finish it i will take pics of both (next week)
