well, personally I always see first multi-pose plastic units when someone mentioned shoulders over head

chaos warriors, then orcs (cause I had a greenskins army).
but yes, termies are a great example too

This one reminds me of the old, wonderful Virago mini from the Iliad "Chroniques de la lune noire" range, not as good obviously but the idea is there!
