Almost done - NMM, bag and some cleanups at the end are still on my to-do-list.

I also softened the transition on the hat a bit as well as on his back. I also started working on his base.

Thats really great love it

The top of the hat is as "popping"/"shiny" as the rest of the most highlighted part of the vest. Is it intended or just an impression from the pic?

It was actually intended. My thought was basically that the light would hit the top directly so I painted the top pretty bright but I see your point that it kinda draws attention (I think that's why you mentioned it?) especially on the front side... I might change that! thx for the hint

Finally an update...

Sry it took so long but I screwed up the blade on his weapon badly and ended up with a thick paint. So I removed the paint, re-sanded and reprimed it. Thankfully I didn't screw up any parts next to the blade while re-sanding.

But I think now it looks quite ok so far:
