What a great concept! I love the idea of diamond fists but I don't quite get it from the paintjob. Maybe if you restricted the blue areas to the forearms it would help the idea?
Having said that there look to be some really nice tones going on through the blues.
I have a wizard in my WIP box that I concepted with an Ice tip to his staff and I've been scared of finishing him for years so it's a bit "pot calling the kettle black" for me to say too much

actually the hard, blue parts on the golem's body indicate a protective layer, that shields the body like an armour. that+s why they are unevenly destributed allover golem's body in an organic fashion.

that is important since golem can also attack with the charge into the opponent like a tank would.
