let me add to the confusion.
Eric Louchard actually sold his Dragonblood Miniature to Cavalcade Wargames and I think still sculpts for that range. CW now makes minis for games released by Antimatter (i.e. Eric Louchard) - Shadow Sea and Deep Wars.
or maybe I get it all wrong again?

both concepts are based on a classic diving suit, so I guess it's normal that they look alike...

different weapons, none uses a boltgun, none wears a power armor.
