What do you mean by "developing the hobby". Do you own a store, a gaming club? Or is it just your hobby you want to share with other people?

Fred and some other guys out here have a club going but they also run annual tournaments and events to promote model gaming as a hobby out here. One of the main contributors is a guy named Olivier based here in Dubai who is also the only distributor out here in the middle east. Olivier and Fred run a gaming club called WARP which i have recently been attending and so they are branching out to help promote and share the hobby in this region.
