Is Milliput supposed to be hard when it's still in the seperate parts?
I just found a pack in my tool box and I don't remember when I bought it, both plastic bacs are still sealed but they are as hard as a stick of rock. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get them to blend together without the use of a lump hammer :S

not really. ours was always pretty soft.

it gets hard after some time. the same happened to my milliput too (was using it very rarely).yours might be useless already, you won't be able to mix it probably
