i would say try sculpting a skull first then go from there
your proportions are very very cartoony you've elongated parts of the face that should not have been. mainly your chin and your cheeks
the mouth needs to be redone and slightly large and you nose needs to be much larger
your hair is alright for a place holder but needs more attention.
how large is this bust
also your head is way to large for the body. the chest should be the same number of units from the chin to nipples as the top of the head to the chin
the body looks alright still a bit stylized but its alright just to small for the head
