long time indeed :)
anyway, that piece of cloth just cries for contrast. you paint Reaper minis, so I believe you should have some reaper paints too. try purple (violet?) liner for darkest shades, and add lighter colour to consecutive highlights until you're satisfied. it doesn't have to be white, you could try red to get a nice purple to red transition.
skin on the torso looks great... just one more highlight in selected spots and it will be even better :)

Thanks for the advice. I just ended up moving locations again for summer school, so now that I'll be settled for a bit I'll be getting more work done on painting. While I do use Reaper paints, I order them as I need them (a full set is hella expensive for a broke college student), and I've been meaning to put in a order anyway, so I'll stick the violet shadow in with it. In the meantime, I may give the red a try, and see how that looks.

Any advice where to do that last highlight on the skin? Just the uppermost areas (top of the arms, ect.), where the light would be brightest?
