Re: Arctica's Pirate Crew !
very interesting band! good luck with your tale!
do you have some kind of a schedule or deadline for it?
Maxmini heads are nice, but I think they might be tad too big for GW bodies.

Re: Arctica's Pirate Crew !
I did notice that a bit with the heads, but the reason they look larger is because of their hats. The standard GW ork heads with the box set are the same size but the helmets because they fit so closely around the head it makes these ones seem a bit larger.
So last night i was playing around with their skin and i had alot of fun and managed to get a good mix and skin tone im happy with.

Then this morning/noon ish i was working on the fur for the morning and onto the metallic areas of the model. I tried playing around again using boltgun metal instead of the standard grey for the nmm, so far im actually very happy how it looks but i think it looks a little toned down compared to my usual bright NMM, so i might go back to my standard NMM since i want these characters to be relatively cartoony rather than more realistic. Tell me what you think of his boots, those are the only bits i managed to do

Think i need to get some more lights for when i take photos.
As for schedule not really any, before end of this year i think, since i want to go visit my friends and whenever i go visit them we play necromunda and 40k.
