Yes, they will all have the similar scale effect on them.

To get an idea of where we're going with them (and therefore an idea of the later models) have a read of the faction history:

They will be a race of genetic instability, so expect to see a lot of mutations and such.

Great stuff, i was reading your forum and website the other day and it's a really novel concept and idea. Very cool stuff, i do completely love those puppets. I can imagine a whole table full of them ! bwahahaha

Thanks, we're quite fond of them too!!!

They are based on the Georgian British Army, so these guys:

On the blog is the concept art for the next profile in the faction, the Grenadiers:

Although the models in the first post of this thread, if painted right, could quite easily be the pirates you guys thought they were. ;-)

PAINTED! PAINTED! I WANT TO SEE THEM PAINTED!

ok, let me cool down a bit ;)
one of my favorite concepts and 'armies' since quite some time. napoleonic era animated puppet army is even better than voodoo pirates

ha ha, thanks again guys.

We'll be previewing some Vaettir artwork some time soon. I'm hoping we can keep the originality going with the rest of the factions. :banghead:
