Man, keep coming back to have a look at that model and the paint job. Love 'em both, and I very much look forward to seeing this company launch!
Now... to be a bit of a pain...
I love that skin. I'm trying very hard to improve my flesh painting and would love a little bit of a walkthrough with what you've done. It's lovely!

i do nothing special
elf flesh for base, shaded with dwarf flesh plus yellow, then elf flesh plus scorched, then dwarf flesh plus a purple
highlight in ivory and bright pink

I feel like a complete beginner whenever i see your work. Great progress. Is that masking tape around the base and in the cracks on the floor tiling? One thing of note is the skin tone between his left arm compared to rest. His torso and right arm are quite a bit more pale and less tanned or pinky/red than the left arm. Maybe it's the picture?
