Sorry I can make no suggestions on the minis....
Tell your baker what you are planning and let them start planning how to integrate your minis to the cake.
At my wedding 24 years ago my wife and I only got about 1/2 a piece of cake. It was good, the guests ate it ALL. The baker used Duncan Hines (yes the popular boxed cake brand in the USA).
We suggested a yellow cake, white cake, and a chocolate cake layer. That was a HUGE hit, people like different kinds of cake.
A suggestion make sure you get a sample of the cake and make sure you like it. :clap: :clap: :clap:
