Ok then... Better someone there try to get in touch with him, because his reputation atm is in the ditch. Looking at cmon thread its not the first time boht client and painter tried this stunt ( honorable mention in 2008).
As for cheating in europe well we have team entries allowed in many GD's so its just another form of cheating... If you look into it theres not much diference from a client posting someones work as his... in teams only one individual enters and posts multiple persons work as his own.

yeah, pics killed few fine entries
