I got my order today. Still no reply from rackham though.
Also not everything I ordered was included. I got a note that at the time of my purchase those missing models were out of stock and out of production. Then why were they still in their online store?? I will get my money back for the missing models.

Now in the end I'm really disappointed by their customer service, but at least I got most of my models

Well at least you got some of it and are getting a refund for those they didn't have . They have some lovely models and i wish i got some of them models but i'll hunt around. I wonder if they have to translate your email?

Atleast you got some that you wanted and money back on the rest. Not the best service out there I agree, shame really to see such a big name go down the drain so fast...
