Needs more skulls (although I would probably say that about every release).

Mahon where did you get that toy from

Getting back into the thick (or rather thin as in thinning my paints) of it, not picked up a brush in some time so this may hurt a bit until I get used to the feel of them again
IMHO this new model from FW goes away from the way set by GW. It seems to depart from the feel of a Khorne army.
Judging by this model it's not obvious why it was made for this army. Of course, I knwo about the Brass Scorpions of chaos, but to me scorpions would be more fitting to a Necron army, with its desert/egyptian connections.
Generally I don't see the link between a scorpion and the Khorn. And the style of the model doesn't change it.
That's why I am not really convinced by it

I like the paint job of the Forge World Scorpion, but not so much the model. While I agree with the idea that a scorpion would be more in tune with the Necron Armies, the various version built from the chaos war machine looks more appropriate for the Khorne armies. Maybe that conversion with the pincers from the forgeworld model??? Of course decorated with the appropriate skulls, chains, barbed wire and various decomposing bodies. . .

As it looks now, I can say I like the paintjob, but the model's style suggests dark eldar or necrons more than khorne.
the converted versions were more in khorne style.
