The Wizards are plastic and Imho are fantastic! They ooze character. Hadn't seen the Empire characters and they are nice as well.
@Demi: the Flagellants are plastic and very usable as Redemptionists or, as I'm going to do, as Tzeentchian Marauders!:) (with sculpted masks and such!)

@Mahon - because it doesn't have legs (as all gw dwarfs) and his standard is so big it resembles sail (as all gw standards)
