Problem with Vallejo primer
I'm using Vallejo Primer (gray) and it's perfect. But on the beginning I had the same problem with it. My friend told me to try to put the spray can into warm water before undercoating the mini. And it worked great. Don't need to shake 3 or 5 minutes, few shakes are enough. It's drying immediatelly. Absolutelly smooth and matt surface, which is really joy to paint on. Another few advices are: do not spray in cold or dusty place. And don't put your minis in box while priming.
