I am just looking forward to a New batch of skilled painters. Kind of tired of seeing the same people winning. Their is a ton of skill on this Forum and would love to see more contest's won by people like the CoC crew. 8)

Now I can proudly say that I know this guy he he he :P
Saw the warpwolf and even held him in my arms, also he has painted some more minis for Circle Oroboros - I saw Kaya too.

He's a very nice person ;) And has an incredible pace of work...

I think there are some interesting pieces but some aren't up to the same standard, which ofcourse is normal in contests...

I've already seen some of Morfeo's works :)
I especially like his pistol wraith :gun:

Don't hold your breath too long. I can't get anyone interested in coming over to GenCon Indy, but for a good reason... it's expensive to travel from Europe.

And I doubt I'll be good enough to compete with Marike, Jen, Anne, etc. for a while yet. Sorry. :P

Tanya is right, to fly from Brussels to Indy costs either ? 405, ? 2729 or ? 3383... (depending on classes and date) and then there is still the flight back. Plus a place to stay + transportation + food and stuff...
A student like me can't pay that :?

I would like to go to a Gencon though, the closest one for me is held in France I believe.

The one in Europe changes places each year, Tomas. Keep an eye open and it might be near you. ;)

ah cool! I didn't know that :) Thanx!

EDIT:
There is one again in Paris this year. That's 3 or 4 hour drive. I can go to that.
And in the UK it's in Berkshire (not too far from London I believe) So that's possible too if I would book an early flight with Ryanair.

Hmmz... I should have checked this earlier.

If I would win (or could earn ^^) some decent monney (enough to pay the tickets for 2 people, stay, some sight-seeing, food,...) I'd love to come over...but I can't really afford it right now...
