In the last month I have played 3 or 4 games of hybrid, which I have greatly enjoyed. I can just imagining open one of the doors and coming face to face with the aberation that comes with the box set.

THIS is a whole different matter. It is like his bigger brother that takes steroids. Beautiful sculpt, but is it me, or is it lacking some of the detail.

Either way, makes GW models look like 99c cowboy and indian plastic sets in comparison.

not sure if I like that :(
I'm not sure it this can be considered as 'lowering quality'. They are entering another branch of the figure business, that's all. If you don't like it, keep with the metal ones, I'm pretty sure, they won't stop producing those. I think they rather aim at a broader audience.

OTOH, regardless how big the Rackham fan club is, if Rackham has financial problems, they have to do something. If they don't, you'll soon have no Rackham minis at all. I would say rather some pretty good quality plastic models extra than nothing.

This is probably more a try to enlarge the company, which is again a logical step, you would do the same with your own company if it was running well. Wouldn't you? :)

Yeah, it's great that opinions differ. That's why we have various minis :)
BTW I prefer Harleys to Japanese bikes. :P

well i dont feel so much bug love since the carnifex.

Plastic makes more sense for such big miniatures and rackham intends to release few plastic kits a year just for big fellas, makes perfect sense to me.

For 1st plastic i can say IT IS same level of detail or better than GW... and GW is doing plastic for years.

Concept wise some may like it or not personally i think this is the harley of minis.

Im very happy with this one.

Honestly I mst say I agree with Navarro - these minis have more of Harley than of Japanese bikes in themselves... But it's only my humble opinion :P

Awesome, it is.
I don't really feel on the painted model that there is plastic below... Who cares anyway, when it looks soo good? :)

I like it and it looks like the Japanese resin models style. And this sculpt looks like a lot the Japanese animation "Gaiya" - Genetic Engineered Weapon.

Yeah, you are right Hosea - it's something like these resin models IMO.
