I don't think she's entered any GDs this year. That leaves Chicago... So she's had all year to build up her supply of entries.

ah ok, chicago is yet to come...so we might still see stuff by her. I thought I remembered that she entered in more than one GDs a year before those pictures you showed, endrem. but im not sure anymore...

Jen's done 2 or 3 a year for a few years... This year, though, she hasn't entered any. Chicago is the last U.S. on of the year, and its the last weekend of July. Rumor here has it she's not competing anymore, but its in her backyard so the temptation to enter must be pretty strong. Guess we'll see in a couple months.

I'm wondering if Angela Imrie or Lilly is going to be at Chicago. Haven't seen them at GDs this year, either.

It is interesting to note that even though there are so few women, a good number of them are among the best painters out there. Haley, Lamb, Troy, Forester, and Alexi (whose last name I can't remember). I guess women are more creative (my mom would say "crafty") than us hairy oafs.

I do wish Jen would come out and show off some more of her work, though...it's always been an inspiration to me.

I'd love to see more of Jen's work... so long as its not entered at the Chicago GD.
