Cmon and hijacking are like one celled twins unfortunatly. Also on the pic site itself a lot of good quality painters have left because of the unfair sniping and ungrounded comments. Still, I like to browse through the pics for getting inspiration. But I have to say it used to be better!

CMON Rant...
I remember days when I waited for comments just to learn from the hints people left. They were worth much more than good votes.
Now people only type "that's great" and don't comnment the worse works at all. And this is where the comments are the most useful!
I know that there are so many pictures nowadays that one can't browse them all and comment on most of them. But 2-3 years ago we tried to vote on every single minis added, and to comment on the most of them.
Currently the most interesting comments are in French or in Spanish - or so I believe, because the English ones aren't interesting or helpful at all

RE: CMON Rant...
The thing that bothers me the most is that the site still has a lot of supporters who pay 1 USD each month, while the admins don't care that much about the site.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Although I'm not paying customer I haven't have had questions aswered that I'd put up in Cmon shop feedback tread and also haven't gotten an answer from two direct e-mails.
RE: CMON Rant...
- poor and slow moderation
- silly stuff on the forums
- technical problems (disappearing photos, uploading problems, undelivered emails, etc.)
- less and less constructive feedback
